Delivery Information
International shipments?
No unfortunately we only ship to the mainland UK.
How are the items dispatched?
All items are shipped via the royal mails first class post; unless it is of a large value then it will be posted by special delivery.
How will the items been packaged?
Items will be packaged in a plain bubble wrapped jiffy bag to ensure protection from transport and to guarantee absolute discretion there will be no mention of www.johnnysjohnnys.co.uk the packaging.
When will my orders be dispatched?
Your orders will be dispatched the same day when you order before 4pm however it is more than likely that your orders will also be dispatched the same day if you do happen to order later than that.
How long will delivery take?
As we post by the royal mail’s first class delivery you should expect a delivery time of between 1-3 working days!
If there is a problem how will you contact me?
We will initially try to contact you by email, but if we are unable to contact you we may have to phone you.
I ordered days ago and my order hasn’t arrived?
Email us or ring us and we’ll try to find the source of the problem. However the royal mail does ask you to wait up to 7 days for first class delivery to arrive.
My package is damaged what do I do?
Send us an email or phone us, we’ll give you some instructions. Normally we ask you to send it back to us and we’ll send you a replacement ASAP!
Shipping charges
There aren’t any it’s as simple as that, shipping is included in the cost of the items. So if an item costs £3.99 then that what you pay! |
