Are your products genuine?
Of course, all our products are the real deal, we buy direct to ensure this. Everything we supply has the full CE and kite mark stamped on it ensuring absolute quality.
How are you so cheap, compared to the high street?
You may have noticed that our prices are often half the price of condoms etc you see in your local ships, there are reasons for this. We buy direct from the suppliers and rely on bulk purchases, and high sales volumes; not only this but we’ve lowered our costs by not having a shop so that we can pass the savings on directly to you.

How do I pay and are my details secure?
You can pay through our website or over the phone. Your details and your card details are fully secure both ways, we use 128Bit SSL technology to secure the information sent between your browser and our servers.
We don’t see your credit/debit card details, our servers transact the money from your card which is powered by Protx and once the transaction has happened, the details are instantly deleted from Protx.
What will appear on my bank statement?
Payment will be charged to YL online, to insure digression.
What VAT is charged?
VAT is charged on all items as per UK law’s, however at varying rates. 5% on contraceptive items and 17.5% on all others. It is not normally charged on postage as first class post is VAT free.
However all our prices include VAT so the price you see is the price you pay!
Can I pay by phone?
Yes you can pay by phone if you wish, give us a ring we won’t bite!
Returns/cancelations
I’ve ordered the wrong thing and want to return it!
You can return all items as long as you haven’t opened them up or used them!
I’ve just ordered but changed my mind can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind or realised you’ve ordered the wrong thing then just either phone us or email us as soon as you realise, within 14 days. If your items have been dispatched refunds can only be issued once the goods are returned though.
International shipments?
No unfortunately we only ship to the mainland UK.
How are the items dispatched?
All items are shipped via the royal mails first class post; unless it is of a large value then it will be posted by special delivery.
How will the items been packaged?
Items will be packaged in a plain bubble wrapped jiffy bag to ensure protection from transport and to guarantee absolute discretion there will be no mention of www.johnnysjohnnys.co.uk the packaging.
When will my orders be dispatched?
Your orders will be dispatched the same day when you order before 4pm however it is more than likely that your orders will also be dispatched the same day if you do happen to order later than that.
How long will delivery take?
As we post by the royal mail’s first class delivery you should expect a delivery time of between 1-3 working days!
If there is a problem how will you contact me?
We will initially try to contact you by email, but if we are unable to contact you we may have to phone you.
I ordered days ago and my order hasn’t arrived?
Email us or ring us and we’ll try to find the source of the problem. However the royal mail does ask you to wait up to 7 days for first class delivery to arrive.
My package is damaged what do I do?
Send us an email or phone us, we’ll give you some instructions. Normally we ask you to send it back to us and we’ll send you a replacement ASAP!
Shipping charges
There aren’t any it’s as simple as that, shipping is included in the cost of the items. So if an item costs £3.99 then that what you pay!
