Customer details
Will be stored in our database in accordance with all data protection acts, and will not be passed to 3rd parties.

Duties and taxes
All VAT is included in the price displayed. All local duties and custom charges remain the responsibility of the individual customer.

Payment
All orders must be paid for before orders will be dispatched.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Our servers transact the money from your card which is powered by Protx and once the transaction has happened, the details are instantly deleted from Protx. They are not held in any way on our web site.
All transactions / payments are in pounds sterling (£) and will show on your credit card statement in your local currency (your credit card issuer will have used the currency rate at the time of your transaction to calculate the value in your local currency).

Fraud
We take any attempt at fraudulent activity very seriously, any attempt to defraud johnnysjohnnys will result in the police being contacted immediately, if a credit/debit card displays as stolen they will also be informed.

Disclaimer
We have taken extra care to ensure that the images displayed correctly reflect the product sold. However we do not make any warranties to its accuracy or reliability as manufacturers may change their packaging without notice.

Acceptance or terms
Acceptance of terms does not affect your statutory rights, by placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and terms may be changed without notice.

Shipping
All orders will be dispatched within 24hrs unless otherwise notified. If you order before 16:00 then you johnnysjohnnys will endeavour to dispatch your goods that day. All weekend orders will be dispatched Monday. Orders will be sent via royal mail first class larger orders will be recorded and a signature required.
We only currently ship to the UK.

Shipping costs
Johnnysjohnnys offers free delivery therefore what you see is what you pay and nothing will be added at checkout unless you are ordering via bulk orders.

Packaging
All packaging will be discreet and plain without mention of johnnysjohnnys on the outer packaging ensuring complete discretion.

Refunds and exchange
Faulty or incorrect items should be returned within 7 days of receiving the item for a exchange or refund.

Returns
If you change your mind after ordering then you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt at your own cost and risk if the product remains unused and unopened. We will return the cost of the items within 28 days, less a 15% handling fee to cover the cost of postage.
